Getting Started with Groups
Our group functionality enables you to organize group therapy sessions, workshops, meetings, and all other kinds of group activities.
Creating your first group
Within the main menu of the application, you'll find a menu entry "Clients". Once clicked, the menu will expand, and another menu entry, "Groups", will be visible. Once clicked, you'll see initially an empty table and the ability to create a new group:
Once clicked, you'll be able to enter a group name, description, and profile picture for the group. Lastly, the group can be created using the button "Add group".
After the group has been created, you'll see the entry point for the group:
From here, you can organize your group. You'll also see the assigned professionals in this group and a timeline of the actions that happened in your group.
Adding Members to the Group
When clicking on the Members tab in the upper navigation, you'll see all members who have been added to this group. From here, you can also add new ones.
Sending Activities or Programs to the Group
Once your group is set up, you can navigate to "Activities" or "Programs" in the main navigation. Within the listing, you can click on the three-dot menu, and from ther,e you are able to send an activity or program to the whole group.
After an activity or program has been sent to the whole group, your group members can start working on it. Within the group, you can then navigate to "Activities" or "Programs", and you see the actual status of the Activity.
When clicked on the activity, you'll see the actual status of the members. You can directly see who has completed the activity. Once all of the members have completed an Activity or Program, the table will reflect the status and show that the Activity or Program has been completed by the whole group.

Quenza enables you to run all kinds of group sessions. The clean interface makes it easy to organize group sessions and keep everything in the same place. The application allows to track group progress through activities and programs.
