Export Completed Activities as PDF

You can export completed client activities as PDF files for easy sharing, printing, or record-keeping. The PDF Export feature allows you to download a completed activity as a PDF document directly from a client’s profile. The PDF includes the activity content and the client’s responses, formatted for reading or printing.

This makes it simple to keep offline copies of client responses or share completed activities with supervisors, colleagues, or clients when needed.


Export Option 1: From the Activities list

  1. Go to Clients and open the relevant client profile.
  2. Navigate to Activities.
  3. Locate a completed activity in the list.
  4. Click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to the activity.
  5. Select Export as PDF.

Option 2: From the activity results view

  1. Open a completed activity from the client’s Activities list.
  2. In the activity view, click the three-dot (⋯) menu.
  3. Select Export as PDF.

Once you click Export as PDF:

  • The export icon will show a spinning indicator.
  • This means the PDF is being generated.
  • When ready, the PDF will automatically download to your computer.

No extra confirmation steps are needed.

When is the export option unavailable?

The Export as PDF option may appear disabled in the menu. This usually means one of the following:

  • The activity has not been completed yet by the client
  • The activity results are not visible to the professional

Only completed activities with visible results can be exported as a PDF.
