How to Change Your Language Settings
Quenza supports multiple languages for both professionals and clients. You can select your preferred language in your account settings, and the entire interface will be displayed in that language.
Changing Language as a Professional
To change your language settings in the professional app:
- Click on your profile section in the bottom left corner of the main navigation bar
- Select "Account" from the dropdown menu, and a new browser window opens
- Navigate to the "Settings" tab
- Find the "Language" dropdown menu
- Select your preferred language from the available options
- Click "Change language" to apply your changes
The interface will immediately update to display in your selected language. This includes all menus, buttons, notifications, and system messages throughout the professional app.

Changing Language as a Client
Clients can also select their preferred language in the client app:
- Open the client app
- Tap on the account menu icon in the top right corner
- Scroll to "Your Quenza Account"
- Click on "Manage My Account", and a new browser window opens
- Find the "Language" dropdown menu
- Choose the preferred language from the list
- The app will automatically update to the selected language

Invite Clients or Team Members in Their Language
When inviting new clients or professionals to your workspace, you can select their preferred language during the invitation process. This ensures they receive the invitation email and experience the entire account setup process in their language from the very start.
Independent Language Preferences
It's important to note that language preferences are independent for each user:
- Professionals can work in their preferred language while their clients use a different language
- Each professional in a workspace can select their own language preference
- Each client can select their own language preference in the client app
- Language settings are saved to your profile and persist across all sessions

- English
- Spanish

- French
- Italian
- Portuguese
- Dutch
