Which Application Should I Use?
Quenza has two separate applications, and it's important to log in to the correct one:
Quenza NextGen
- Website: https://quenza.com/
- Login URL: https://my.quenza.com/login
Quenza Classic
- Website: https://classic.quenza.com/
- Login URL: https://app.quenza.com/auth/login
- Also available via mobile apps (iOS and Android)
Important: NextGen and Classic are completely independent applications. Your account exists in only one of them, so you must log in to the application where your account was created.
Common Login Problems
"These credentials do not match our records" Error
If you see this error in NextGen, check the following:
- Case sensitivity matters. If you registered with "John.Doe@quenza.com", then "john.doe@quenza.com" won't work.
- Verify your email address spelling matches exactly what you used during signup.
- Double-check your password for typos or incorrect capitalization.

Logging Into the Wrong Application
The most common issue is attempting to log in to the wrong application.
If you're a Classic user and accidentally navigate to the NextGen login (https://my.quenza.com/login), your credentials won't work - even if they're correct - because your account doesn't exist in NextGen.
How to tell which application you use:
- If you normally access Quenza via mobile app or through https://app.quenza.com, you're a Classic user.
- If you access Quenza through https://my.quenza.com, you're a NextGen user.
