Resetting Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, don’t worry—it’s quick and easy to reset.
How to reset your password:
- Go to the Quenza login page at:
- Click “Forgot your password?” beneath the login form.
- Enter the email address linked to your Quenza account and click the "Send reset link" button.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside.
Tip: If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.
- Create a new password and press "Reset password" to save it.
- Your password has been successfully reset. Click “Let me sign in” to return to the login page and access your account with your new password.
