How to Upload and Share Files or Links with Your Clients

With Quenza, you can easily share important files or links with your clients. This guide walks you through how to upload files, add links, and manage shared resources.

1. Open Your Client’s Profile

  1. From the main menu, go to Clients.
  2. Select the client you’d like to share a resource with.
  3. Open the Resources tab in the client’s profile.

2. Add a Resource

  1. Click the + Resource button.
  2. In the Add a resource window, choose whether you’d like to upload a file or add a link.

3. Upload a File

  1. Select File.
  2. Click Upload a file or drag and drop a file into the upload area (up to 25 MB).
  3. To share the file with your client, enable the toggle Share with your client [Client Name].
  4. Click Save.

Your file will now appear in the client’s resource list.

4. Add a Link

  1. Select Link.
  2. Enter a Label (a name for the link, e.g., “YouTube Video on Mindfulness”).
  3. Paste the URL of the link.
  4. To share the link with your client, enable the toggle Share with your client [Client Name].
  5. Click Save.

The link will now be visible in the client’s resources list.

5. Share a Resource Later

If you didn’t share a file or link when you first uploaded it, you can do so later:

  1. Go to the Resources tab of the client’s profile.
  2. Under the Shared With column, click the share icon.
  3. A confirmation window will appear asking if you want to share the resource with your client.
  4. Click OK to confirm.

6. Manage Resources

Once a resource is added, it will appear in the client’s resource list under the Resources tab. In the Shared With column, you’ll see whether the resource has been shared with the client.

Click the three dots menu on the right side of a resource to:

  • Unshare: Remove access for the client (without deleting the resource).
  • Download: Download the file to your device.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the resource.

7. How Clients See Shared Resources

When you share a resource with a client, they can access it by going to the Resources menu in their own account.

All shared files and links will be displayed here, making it easy for clients to find the resources you’ve provided.

If you upload an audio file, your client can play it directly in the app using the built-in audio player — no need to download the file first.
