Professional Seats by Plan
Professionals are the people in your workspace who deliver care to clients, sometimes called team members. This article explains how many professionals each plan includes and how to add more.

Professional seats are built into each plan. Spark, Growth and Impact each include 1 professional. Collective includes up to 3. Beyond offers unlimited professionals.
How to add more professionals
To add more professionals than your plan includes, move up to a plan that offers the number of seats you need. For most practices that means moving to Collective for up to 3 professionals, or to Beyond for unlimited professionals. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section, and upgrades take effect immediately.
Roles and permissions
On Beyond, you can also assign roles and permissions to control what each professional can do in your workspace. Roles and permissions are available on the Beyond plan.
What happens to professionals when you downgrade
If you move to a plan that allows fewer professionals than you currently have, your usage needs to fit the new plan first. For example, if you have 2 professionals and move to a plan that allows 1, you will be asked to remove a professional before the downgrade goes through.
