Paying yearly saves you 20% compared to paying monthly. Each plan includes everything in the plan below it, plus its own additions.
Spark
Spark is for solo professionals who are just getting started. It includes 10 active clients and 1 professional, along with the core essentials: activities, programs, notes, tasks, the client portal, the mobile apps for you and your clients, 1:1 client chat, and the Core content library. Unlimited storage is included on every plan, including Spark.
Growth
Growth is built for established practices ready to scale. It includes everything in Spark and raises your capacity to 250 active clients. It adds the Plus content library, Resources for sharing files and materials, Groups, multi language support, group chat, custom logo branding, calendar integrations (Calendly and Google Calendar), and email support. This is our most popular plan.
Impact
Impact is for power users who want full creative control. It includes everything in Growth and raises your capacity to 400 active clients. It adds the Premium content library, a custom email sender, custom domains for your client portal, and webhooks.
Collective
Collective is for teams delivering care together. It includes everything in Impact, raises your capacity to 500 active clients, and gives you up to 3 professionals. It adds team chat and API access.
Beyond
Beyond is for organizations that need everything, with the controls and support to match. It includes everything in Collective with unlimited clients and unlimited professionals. It adds roles and permissions, premium support, white glove setup, and custom content built around your practice. Beyond is custom priced. Choosing a plan
Start with two questions: how many active clients do you work with, and how many professionals are in your workspace. Then look at which features you need. If you are unsure, you can always start on a lower plan and move up at any time from the Billing section, since upgrades take effect immediately.
