How Client Limits Work
Each Quenza plan includes a set number of clients. This article explains what counts toward that limit, what happens when you reach it, and how to free up space.
What counts toward your limit
Every client in your workspace counts toward your plan's client limit, whether they are active or archived. The client limits are:
| Plan | Clients |
|---|---|
| Spark | 10 |
| Growth | 250 |
| Impact | 400 |
| Collective | 500 |
| Beyond | Unlimited |
Active and archived clients
Active clients are the people you are currently working with. They have full access to their Quenza app, can chat with you, and can receive activities and programs.
Archived clients are people you are no longer actively working with. They keep read only access to their own data, but they cannot be sent new content or interact with you.
Archiving a client keeps their information available to them, which is useful for record keeping. It does not, however, free up space in your plan, because archived clients still count toward your client limit.
How to free up space
The only way to free up a client slot is to remove a client from your workspace. Archiving alone does not reduce your client count. If you want more room without removing anyone, you can move up to a plan with a higher limit.
What happens when you reach your limit
When your workspace is at its client limit, Quenza will let you know and will prevent you from adding more clients until you either remove some clients or move to a higher plan. Your existing clients and their data are never affected by reaching the limit.
Planning ahead
If you are choosing a plan, add up both your active and archived clients to find your true total, and pick a plan whose limit comfortably covers it. This is especially important if you have built up a large archive of past clients over time.
