Billing, Taxes and Invoices

This article covers how billing works on Quenza, including the choice between monthly and yearly, how tax is handled, and where to find your invoices.

Monthly or yearly

You can pay monthly or yearly, whichever suits you. Paying yearly saves you 20% compared to paying monthly. For example, Spark is $25 per month billed monthly, or $20 per month when billed annually. The same 20% saving applies to every plan. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from the Billing section of your workspace.

Taxes

The prices shown on our pricing page already include VAT. The price you see is the price you pay, with VAT included rather than added on top at checkout. Your billing address is used to show the correct tax details on your invoice.

How payments are taken

Subscriptions are billed securely by card through our payment provider. Your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

Where to find your invoices

Every payment generates an invoice. You can view and download your invoices at any time from the Billing section of your workspace, under Invoices.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay your plan's monthly or yearly price, with VAT already included. There are no setup fees and no extra per client charges on top of your plan.
