Your Legacy Plan: What It Includes and What the New Tiers Offer
You are on what we now call the Legacy Plan, the plan you signed up for before Quenza moved to its new tiered pricing. Nothing about your plan has changed: you keep the same price and the same features you have always had. This article explains exactly what your Legacy Plan includes, how the new tiers compare, and what to think about if you are considering a switch.
The short version
Your Legacy Plan keeps working exactly as it does today, so you do not need to do anything. You will simply see a "Legacy Plan" label in your Billing section so you know which plan you are on.
The one thing worth knowing: new features we build from here on will be added to the new tiered plans, not to the Legacy Plan. So if you want access to what we release next, or you need to grow well beyond your current client limit, moving to a new tier is the way to get there.
What is included in your Legacy Plan
Your Legacy Plan is one of the most complete plans we have ever offered. It includes almost every feature Quenza has, bundled together at your current price.
Clients and team:
- 5 active clients included, with the option to add more in blocks of 5
- Unlimited archived clients with read-only access, always free
- 1 practitioner included, with the option to add more team members
Everything you can do:
- Client Portal, plus the mobile apps for both you and your clients
- Unlimited storage
- Roles and permissions for your team
- Activities, Programs, Tasks, and Invoicing
- Resources (file and material sharing)
- Groups
- 1:1 chat, group chat, and team chat
- Multi-language support
- Core, Plus, and Premium content libraries
- Signup pages and Products
- Custom logo and custom sender branding
- Calendly and Google Calendar integrations
- Webhooks and API access
- Pre-made content and priority support
The one thing it does not include:
- Custom Domains (hosting your client portal on your own branded web address)
In other words, your Legacy Plan already covers nearly the entire Quenza feature set. The only feature reserved for a higher new tier is Custom Domains.
The new tiered plans
The new pricing replaces the single Base Plan with five tiers. Each tier builds on the one below it, so every higher tier includes everything in the lower tiers plus more.

Billing yearly saves 20% on every tier.
The biggest change is client capacity. Where the Legacy Plan starts at 5 active clients and grows in blocks, the new tiers include far larger client limits built in, from 250 on Growth up to 500 on Collective and unlimited on Beyond.
Why you might want to switch
Switching is optional, but there are two clear reasons to consider it:
- New features go to the new tiers. Your Legacy Plan stays exactly as it is, which also means it stays frozen. Every new feature and improvement we release will land on the tiered plans, so if you want the newest tools as they ship, a tiered plan is where you will find them.
- Much higher client limits and easier scaling. If your practice is growing, the new tiers give you a lot more room. Instead of adding client blocks one at a time, you move to a tier that already includes hundreds of active clients: Growth includes 250, Impact 400, Collective 500, and Beyond is unlimited.
What to know before you switch
Because your Legacy Plan already includes almost every feature, it is worth checking which tier matches what you use today. Features are now grouped by tier, so the tier you choose determines what you keep access to. Here is where your current features live in the new pricing:
- Available from Growth and up: Resources, Groups, Multi-language, Plus content, Custom logo, Calendly, Google Calendar, Signup pages, Products
- Available from Impact and up: Premium content, Webhooks, Custom sender, and now Custom Domains (recently moved down from Beyond)
- Available from Collective and up: Team chat, and now API access (recently moved down from Beyond)
- Available on Beyond: Unlimited clients and team members, roles and permissions
So if there are specific tools you rely on, such as API access, Premium content, or team chat, choose a tier that includes them. If you are not sure which tier fits your practice, our support team is happy to help you compare.
What happens if you stay
Staying on your Legacy Plan is completely fine. You keep your current price and your current features for as long as you remain on the plan. The only thing you give up by staying is access to features we release in the future, which will be available on the new tiers.
