Manage Your Subscription

From the Billing screen you can see how your plan is being used, change your seats or billing interval, and jump to the portal to update payment or cancel.

Billing is available to Owner, Manager, and Billing Manager members.

  1. In the sidebar under Administration, click Billing.
  2. On the Subscription tab, review how many client seats and team-member seats you are using.
  3. Choose where to make your change:
    • Manage Subscription (in Quenza): add or remove client and team-member seats, and switch between monthly and annual billing.
    • Billing Portal: opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where you update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel.

Seat and interval changes take effect on your subscription right away. Cancelling, done in the Billing Portal, stops future billing while keeping your workspace until the current period ends.The Subscription tab
