Message Your Professional in Chat

This article is for clients. Use Chat to message your professional directly.

Steps

1. Open Chats from the menu.
2. Select the conversation with your professional, or start a new message.

3. Type your message and send it.

Result

Your professional receives your message and can reply. If you are part of a group, you can also message everyone in the group chat.
