Set Up a Custom Domain for the Client Portal
Want your clients to reach the portal on a web address that matches your brand, like client.yourdomain.com, instead of the default Quenza URL? A custom domain does exactly that. You add a subdomain in Quenza, point it to us with a DNS record at your domain provider, and activate it once it verifies.
Custom domains are available on the Impact plan and above.
- In the sidebar under Administration, open Workspace, then White Label, and open the Custom Domain tab.
- Enter the subdomain you want to use, for example client.yourdomain.com, and click Connect Domain.

- At your domain provider, add the CNAME record Quenza shows you. It points your subdomain to proxy.client.quenza.com. Save it, and remember DNS changes can take up to 24 to 48 hours to take effect.
- Back on the Custom Domain page, click Refresh to check the status. When it reads "Domain verified, activation required", click Activate to make the domain live.
- Your client portal is now served on your own subdomain. You can
- Deactivate
- and reactivate it any time without verifying again, or
- Disconnect
- it to remove it.
