Update Your Payment Method
You can change the credit card or payment method on file for your subscription at any time. This article explains how.
- Open the Billing section of your workspace.
- In the Payment Method card, click Update Payment.
- Enter your new card or payment details, then save your changes.
Your next payment will be taken from the updated payment method.
When to update it
Update your payment method when your card is about to expire, when you get a new card, or when you want your subscription charged to a different card. Keeping a valid payment method on file makes sure your subscription renews without interruption.
Your payment details are handled securely
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Your full card details are stored with the provider, not in your Quenza workspace.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through, update your payment method using the steps above and your subscription will retry the charge. If you need help, reach out to our support team.
