Deleting a Client

If you no longer need to keep a client’s data in your workspace, you can permanently delete them. You can delete a client either from the client overview or directly from the client’s page.

How to Delete a Client

You can delete a client in two ways:

  1. From the Client Overview

  • Go to your Client Overview page.
  • Find the client you wish to delete.
  • Click the three dots menu (⋯) on the right-hand side of their name.
  • Select Delete from the menu.

  1. From the Client Page

  • Open the individual client’s page.
  • Click the three dots menu (⋯) in the upper right corner.
  • Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

What Happens When You Delete a Client

Deleting a client is permanent. It completely removes the client and all related data from your account. Here’s what that means in practice:

  • All active work stops immediately. Any activities, programs, or automations that are currently running for the client are ended right away.
  • All stored information is erased. This includes notes, tasks, files, comments, and any chat history you’ve had with the client. None of these can be accessed or restored afterward.
  • All future interaction becomes impossible. Once deleted, the client can no longer log in, receive messages, or interact with your workspace in any way.
  • The deletion cannot be reversed. Once you confirm, the data is permanently removed from Quenza’s system.

Keeping Data Without Deleting

If you simply want to stop working with a client but still want to keep their data for future reference, consider archiving the client instead. Archiving preserves all notes, messages, and history, but removes the client from your active list. You can restore them later if needed.
