Activate Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar Integration enhances your scheduling workflow by seamlessly connecting your calendar with Quenza. This integration enables clients to view your availability and book appointments directly within the Quenza client app, creating a unified scheduling experience. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring the integration.

Workspace Setup

When logged in to the professional app as a Workspace Owner or Manager, you'll find the "Integrations" items in the left menu. Once clicked, you'll see this screen, and you can directly access the Google Calendar integration by clicking on the card.

In the next screen, you can directly enable the Google Calendar integration for all professionals in your workspace:

Once enabled, all professionals in your workspace will receive a notification confirming that the Google Calendar Integration is now available.

Connecting Your Google Calendar

After the integration has been enabled workspace-wide, each professional will see a new "Google Calendar" tab in their profile settings:

Get Google Calendar iframe code

Now you need the iFrame code fragment from your Google Calendar account. Log in to your Google Calendar account and choose Create -> Appointment schedule:

Within Google, you can now set up your Scheduling system, choose which slots are available for clients to book, and a lot of other settings that let you tailor it to your needs. You can also add your Stripe account to enable payment through Google's scheduling system.

Once you've saved your settings, you'll see something like this:

Now, click on the three-dot menu at the top and select "More sharing options". Select "Website embed" and "Inline booking page". Copy that code via the button "Copy code".

Insert iframe code into the settings form

Now that we have copied the code from Google, we can just insert it into the settings form in the professional preference page:

Hitting save, and the client will be able to book an appointment slot directly in the client app.

Client Experience

When everything is set up on the professional's side, the client will see your Google Calendar appointment schedule options:
