Activate Calendly Integration

The Calendly Integration enhances your scheduling workflow by seamlessly connecting your booking system with Quenza. This integration enables clients to view your availability and book appointments directly within the Quenza client app, creating a unified scheduling experience. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for configuring the integration.

Workspace Setup

Owners and Managers have access to the Integrations menu, where they can enable the Calendly Integration for their workspace:

Once enabled, all professionals in your workspace will receive a notification confirming that the Calendly Integration is now available.

Connecting Your Calendly Account

After the integration has been enabled workspace-wide, each professional will see a new "Calendly" tab in their profile settings:

Professionals can enter their Calendly account or event URL in this section. Once configured, clients will be able to book appointments directly through the client app.

Client Experience

When a professional has configured their Calendly URL, clients will see a new "Scheduling" option in their app menu. Selecting this option displays the professional's Calendly calendar, allowing clients to book appointments directly within the Quenza platform.
