Getting Started with Programs

Have you ever wished you could guide each client step by step, even when you are not available in real time? That is exactly what Quenza’s Programs feature was designed for.

Programs let you build structured sequences of activities that support your clients in a personalized and automated way. Whether you want to deliver a multi-step coaching journey, a therapeutic module, or an educational series, programs help your clients move toward their goals with structure and clarity.

To see how it works in action, you can watch the quick video overview below.

Your Program Library

You will find all your programs in your personal program library. This is where you can view, organize, and manage everything you have built. From here, you can create new programs, edit existing ones, or explore ready-made options.

To create a new program, click the + Program button in the top right corner. Start by giving your program a title. You can name it anything that fits the journey or outcome you want to create.

Working with the Program Builder

Just like activities, each program is made up of three tabs.

  • Content is where you build the actual structure. This is where you add activities and arrange them into a sequence that your clients will follow.
  • Instructions gives you space to add private notes. These are not visible to clients and are helpful for keeping track of your own goals, reminders, or use cases.
  • Settings lets you personalize your program with a cover image, a short description, and a category to help keep your library organized.

Building Your Program Content

In the Content tab, click the + Activity or Section button to get started.

When you choose Activity, a placeholder is added to the program. You can click the pencil icon to open the activity editor and begin building just as you would with a regular activity. Once finished, save your changes and return to your program using the navigation in the top left.

If you want to include something you have already created, select Load Activity instead. This gives you access to your existing library so you can reuse and customize activities for the new program.

To give your program structure, you can also add Sections. These act like chapters or modules. For example, you might have an introduction section followed by multiple themed chapters. Each section can hold multiple activities, and you can add as many as you need.

If you create a great new activity while building a program and want to reuse it later, click the three dots next to the activity name and select Save to library. That will make it available for use outside of the program.

When everything is set, click Save at the top to store your finished program.

Using Ready-Made Programs

If you would rather not start from scratch, Quenza also offers a collection of pre-made programs. To explore them, go to Programs in the menu and click on Pre-made.

Here you will find a curated library of professionally designed programs that cover a variety of themes. These are ready to use, fully customizable, and regularly updated. You can preview each one and add it to your own library with a single click.

Once added, you can edit the program to fit your own approach or send it directly to clients as is.

Final Thoughts

Programs are one of the most powerful tools in Quenza for supporting your clients over time. They help you build consistent, guided journeys that your clients can follow at their own pace between sessions. Whether you are creating something entirely new or customizing a ready-made option, programs allow you to scale your impact while keeping the experience deeply personal.
