Commenting on Notes
Comments give you and your clients a simple way to continue the conversation after a session. Once a note is shared, either of you can add a comment to keep the dialogue going. Whether you are offering feedback, acknowledging a reflection, or asking a follow-up question, comments create a shared space for meaningful communication that supports your work between sessions.
Who Can Comment
You can add comments to any note in your workspace, whether it is shared with the client or not. Other members in your team can also view and comment on notes.
Clients can only comment when a note has been shared and the Allow client comments option is enabled. Clients can always read your comments on shared notes, even if they are not allowed to respond.
How to Add a Comment
To add a comment, open the note and navigate to the Comments tab. Type your message and click Add comment. You can use comments to follow up on something you wrote earlier, coordinate with team members, or respond to a client's shared note if comments are enabled.
