How to Add a Profile Picture

Adding a profile picture makes your Quenza experience more personal and helps clients and team members recognize each other more easily across the app.

You can add or update your own profile picture at any time. If you'd like, you can also upload a profile picture for your clients. Clients can update or remove their own picture through the client app whenever they choose.

Tip: Adding client profile pictures is optional, but it improves the visual experience. Especially in client lists and shared activity comments.

For your own profile:

  1. Open the account menu in the top left corner
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Click on Edit in the Profile picture section to pick a photo

After selecting a picture from your system, a window will open where you can adjust your image. Simply drag the corners to resize and reposition the circle to choose the part of the image you’d like to use. Once you’re happy with how it looks, click OK to confirm your profile picture. To apply the change, don’t forget to press Save at the bottom of the Preferences screen.

You can update your profile picture at any time by following the steps above and clicking the Edit button.

Tip: For best results, upload a JPG or PNG file that’s at least 200 × 200 pixels.

To upload a profile picture for a client:

Simply click the Edit button when adding or editing their profile, then follow the same steps you would when updating your own.
