The new Quenza is a completely rebuilt version of our platform, designed from the ground up to provide you with greater flexibility, improved performance, and enhanced client engagement tools. This isn't simply an update. It's an entirely new foundation that enables the features and capabilities our community has been requesting.

Why we built a new version of Quenza

When we first created Quenza, we had a clear vision: to help professionals deliver exercises and programs to their clients. The platform we developed served this purpose well and found a dedicated community of users who valued what Quenza offered.

However, as our user base grew and practitioners began integrating Quenza more deeply into their practice, we discovered something important. The original platform, while functional, was built on a foundation that couldn't fully support the evolving needs of our community.

Over years of listening to your feedback, we saw that Quenza needed to be more than just an exercise delivery system. You needed a comprehensive tool that could support the full depth and breadth of your work with clients. From direct messaging to custom branding, from advanced content creation to seamless integrations, these capabilities weren't just "nice-to-have" features but essential tools for delivering transformative experiences to your clients.

The new Quenza represents our commitment to building something that will grow with you for many years to come. It incorporates everything we've learned about how practitioners actually work, what clients truly need, and how technology can best support the transformative relationship between you both.

The new Quenza already includes powerful capabilities to enhance your practice:

• Tasks: Create and assign specific tasks for clients to complete
• Editable client activities: Clients can edit their responses even after completing activities
• Bulk assignments: Send the same activity to multiple clients simultaneously
• Client archiving: Keep your workspace organized by archiving inactive clients
• File attachments: Attach files directly in the Activity Builder
• File uploads: Clients can upload files directly through the interface when they do an activity
• Multi-workspace support: Participate in multiple workspaces with different roles (practitioner, admin, etc.)
• Team support: Work seamlessly with colleagues across all clients

New features are being added every month as we continue development.

Trying the new Quenza without disruption

If you are already using Quenza Classic, you can explore the new Quenza without any risk to your current setup:

1. Keep using your current account: Your legacy account remains fully supported and won't be retired
2. No pressure to switch: Migration is entirely optional at this stage
3. Explore at your own pace: Use both platforms in parallel while you get familiar with the new Quenza

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose anything by trying the new Quenza as a Quenza Classic user?

No. You'll receive a new, separate account on the new Quenza. Your current account will remain active and unchanged.

Can I switch from my current Quenza Classic account to the new Quenza?

Not yet. At the moment, we can only manually migrate Activities and Pathways for you. We're working toward broader migration options that will include clients, notes, and other content, though we don't have a timeline to share just yet.

Can I use both the old and the new platform at the same time?

Yes! Many practitioners are using their Classic account for client work while exploring the new Quenza in parallel.

When will migration from Quenza Classic to the new Quenza be possible?

We’re actively working on it, but there’s no set timeline just yet. We’ll notify you as soon as broader migration options become available.

Is the mobile app available for the new Quenza?

Not yet. The mobile app for the new Quenza is planned but currently under development. In the meantime, you and your clients can use the web version on any phone or tablet as it works smoothly in mobile browsers.

Will the Quenza Classic features eventually be included in the new Quenza?

Most features from the current platform are planned for reintroduction in the new Quenza, often with improvements. If a particular feature is essential for your workflow, we recommend continuing to use the Classic version until it's available.
