Base Plan – $25/month

Your subscription starts at $25 per month, which includes:

• Access to all features in the platform
• Room for up to 5 active clients
• Unlimited team members
• Unlimited activities, programs, notes, and more

There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no feature restrictions—you get full access right from the start.

Need More Than 5 Clients?

You can expand your plan at any time by adding client seats in blocks of 5. Each additional block of 5 clients costs $15 per month, and your total monthly price is calculated based on the number of client blocks you need.

For example:

• 10 clients = $40/month
• 15 clients = $55/month

• 20 clients = $70/month

  …and so on.

There’s no cap on how many clients you can add.
