Suspend or Reactivate a Team Member

When someone leaves or needs a break from your workspace, you can pause their access and restore it later. Quenza does not permanently delete team members, so suspending is how you revoke access.

You will need Owner or Manager permission.

  1. In the sidebar under Administration, click Workspace, then open the Team tab.
  2. Find the member and open their options menu. What you can do depends on their status:
    • Active: choose Suspend to block their access.
    • Suspended: choose Reactivate to restore access.
    • Pending (invitation not yet accepted): choose Resend invitation.
  3. Confirm in the dialog.The team member options menu

A suspended member keeps their place in the workspace but cannot sign in until you reactivate them. Suspending also frees up their seat, so reactivating later needs an available one.
